Shipping Details

Your order will be shipped within the next business day. Shipping orders received after 12:00p.m. central time will be shipped the following business day.

75 Chrome ships UPS Worldwide Ground daily. Ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Next day, 2nd day, or third day is available but you must call our store and place your order with one of our knowledgeable staff. We appreciate your business.

Weekend orders will not process until 8:00a.m. Monday morning.

If your item is out of stock you will receive an e-mail within the next 24-48 hours to let you know the expected ship date. Any other options or problems you might have will be answered accordingly.

Return Policy
 
If you would like to return an item, please contact us. Tell us the problem with your shipment and you will receive a RA # (return authorization #) if applicable. You must have an RA # before you can send any item back or it will be refused. Please write the RA # on the outside of the box. The box also must contain the products in resellable condition, with a copy of the receipt, and original packaging or it will be sent back with appropriate shipping charges.

Please put a copy of your receipt along with your name, address, and phone number so we can contact you with any problems or questions. Anything that has been special ordered we cannot accept back. Once your product has been inspected and everything is in the box you will receive credit. Please allow for shipping times.
